Congress World Breakthrough Network is the global nations development initiative the Daniels’ submit to. Dr. Noel Woodroffe is the apostolic leader. The headquarters is in Trinidad, West Indies.
Rick and Carol have three children, Rodney, Ricky and Christian Victoria.

Team ministry is demonstrated in every area of leadership in Covenant Kingdom Community.
